SAUNA AROMA
Using sauna aromas is a great way to enhance your SPA experience!
Using just a few drops, you can fill the room with a pleasant relaxing scent created from natural essential oils.
HOW TO USE
Dilution: Essential oils must be diluted before use. Mix a few drops of essential oil with water in a small container.
Quantity matters: Don't use too many essential oils. Usually just a few drops are enough.
Safety: Use oils that are safe for high heat and avoid using too much oil.
Normal sauna:
Step 1: Mix 3-6 drops of essential oil with water in a small container.
Step 2: Pour the diluted essential oil evenly onto the stones of the sauna heater.
Bath:
Step 1: Mix 3-6 drops of essential oil with water in a small container.
Step 2: Pour the diluted essential oil into a tub of warm water.
Steam sauna:
Step 1: Pour 3-6 drops of essential oil into the beaker that is in the steam nozzle
Aeromixer:
Step 1: Pour 3-6 drops of essential oil into the container in the air mixer
